Greetings,
 
My name is In Yong Choi, tenant, at APT E510 and our lease ends at 08/31/2013.
 
We have lived here for three years and before we renew our lease for another year, we would like following items repaired or placed.
 
1) the master and small bedroom's air conditioner and heater have not been working properly for last three years (I have called several times but it has not been corrected or repaired)
 
2) the shower faucets in both bathrooms are constantly leaking and in need of repair or replaced
 
3) the bathroom next to the living room's vanity faucet leaks and the kitchen sink faucet also leaks needs to be repaired or replaced
 
4) other apartment units have washing machine and we would like to have it in our unit
 
Can you contact me to resolve these maintenance requests before we renew our lease?
